The Walkerville Co operative Brewery in Adelaide was incorporated in 1898 and shortly after they purchased Torrenside Brewery and relocated to Winwood st Southwark SA.John James Breheny was head brewer from 1901 - 1920.In 1938 South Australian Breweries Ltd purchased Walkerville Brewery and relocated their West End Brewery to the Southwark site.
